Balance Pads are great tools which helps you work on your balance, posture, agility and motor skills to strengthen and tone your whole body. It can be placed under the hands or feet to increase the difficulty of exercises or can be arranged in patterns on the floor with the user moving from pod to pod maintaining balance. Use the flat side down for moderate balance training and the pebble side down for more challenging balance training.
