The Reebok Step + Bluetooth Counter is suitable for cardio, strength and core workouts; the Step's functional design lends itself to HIIT and aerobics as well as more general fitness sessions. To help you get started, you'll have access to free online training videos, as well as the option to step back in time and participate in the original Step training that started it all. With three quick and easy height adjustments (15, 20 and 25 cm), the Step allows you to adapt the intensity of your workout to your personal fitness level. Just click and lock the feet at the desired height and you're ready to go. Non-slip rubber feet help absorb impact and ensure a solid and stable fitness platform. The Step is lightweight and easy to move and store, yet solid and robust enough to withstand the toughest workouts.

The integrated Bluetooth step counter provides information to your phone or tablet when paired with the Reebok Fitness app. Equipped with "1-touch" and "2-touch" functions, the counter can be used to record exercises in which both hands or feet touch the platform in unison or in sequence. The 1-touch mode is ideal for tracking exercises such as box jumps, while the 2-touch mode is ideal for tracking the number of steps up. The visual zones of the Reebok Step offer a new take on the classic design, providing more specific landmarks. The centre line, circular markers and detailed borders give a greater sense of spatial awareness, promoting better exercise form and sharper transitions. The textured surface provides even more grip than previous generations, giving you the confidence you need to jump, stomp and lunge your way to one of the most fun, engaging and effective ways to get fit.
